Cardinal Custom Enterprises, LLC is a custom builder specializing in building elegant homes and home remodeling. Imagine it and live it,  your vision is our blue print for your dream home.

We’ll work together from planning and design to facilitate your vision. Assisting in the design of a new plan or choosing a plan and modifying it to suit your specific needs. From a luxurious spacious living to down sizing to a simple cottage, our team will work diligently to satisfy your needs.

John Dattilo and Lynn Tidmore have been friends/clients since the mid 80’s. They would routinely meet as friends to discuss strategies for general business and customer relations. This relationship was built upon trust, a common business strategy and a desire to treat customers the way a customer should be treated. Respect and a direct approach to the process of customer satisfaction. They agreed from the inception that they would raise the bar in every home they built.

John a successful business entrepreneur had owned or operated many types of businesses. In the mid 90’s, John entered into the real estate industry serving clients with his expertise and knowledge, however, John quickly saw that customers wanted a more complete working relationship with their builders. Also as a builder and realtor John recognized the need for good properties which resulted in Cardinal Custom Enterprises acquiring properties and developing subdivisions like Twelve Stones in Hampton Cove and The Preserve at Clayton Pond on Green Mountain.

Lynn, a lifelong construction facilitator (builder, engineer, electrician, estimator, project manager) and business owner, serving the building industry since 1970 had similar ideas as John.

A partnership was created in 2002 to put these unique business practices and working together to bring a unique business opportunity and raise the bar in the custom home building. Their plan was to create a working relationship between the builder and homeowner that is more trusting and pleasurable from start to finish.

John and Lynn acquired property on Green Mountain in 2005 for the development of The Preserve at Clayton Pond. The 68 acre property was developed into a gated, exclusive residential neighborhood. The Preserve at Clayton pond is surrounded by the natural beauty of Green Mountain and has a number of majestic homes.

Since 2002, Cardinal Custom Enterprises has built numerous homes to help families dream become reality. Their direct, open- book approach has created an impressive list of clients and friends. Cardinal Custom Enterprises has a portfolio of sub-contractors and suppliers who’s maticulous work will satisfy all our clients.

In 2010 Darren Kolarik, an experienced renovations and building expert joined the team at Cardinal Custom Enterprises to help complete the vision and to help Cardinal Custom Enterprises continue to raise the bar in custom home building.
